Job Title

A senior HR operations expert with hands-on experience in managing day-to-day HR processes.

  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all HR documentation and transactions.
  • Serve as a functional lead and administrator for HRIS systems, providing system configurations, data updates, and reporting needs independently.

The ideal candidate is someone who can troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions quickly and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HR operations, including benefits administration, records management, and HR compliance.
  • Ensure seamless execution of HR processes, drive continuous improvement, and support key HR initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, including HRIS admin responsibilities.
  • Prior experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HRIS platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to handle operational pressure.
