Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated educator to join our team as a Caregiver Educator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to infants and toddlers in a nurturing environment.

The role requires the ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs that cater to the diverse needs of young children. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with parents and colleagues.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Plan, supervise, and implement programs for infants and toddlers
  • Provide high-quality care and supervision to young children
  • Create a safe, healthy, and inclusive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
  • Assess and document children's progress and development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Relevant certifications, such as CPR/First Aid and Child Development Associate (CDA)
  • Experience working with infants and toddlers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
