Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as an Educational Caregiver. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.

Responsibilities
  • Create fun and interactive learning activities that promote cognitive development and social skills.
  • Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of the children at all times.
  • Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's daily experiences and progress.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to achieve common goals and provide exceptional care.
  • Assist with meal preparation, clean-up, and general upkeep of the classroom environment.
  • Support with diaper changing, potty training, and other basic needs of the children.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom space.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in childcare or early childhood development is highly valued.
  • The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team is essential.
  • Physical ability to lift children and engage in active play is necessary.
