\Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a domestic helper recruitment specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and shortlisting domestic helper candidates from overseas, coordinating interviews between employers and potential maids, handling documentation for work permits, visa applications, medical check-ups, and insurance.

  • Handle documentation for work permits, visa applications, medical check-ups, and insurance.\
  • Communicate with overseas agents regarding candidates' progress and documentation.\
  • Maintain updated records of candidates and employer requirements.\
  • Assist walk-in clients and respond to inquiries via phone or WhatsApp.\
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.\
  • Provide support to the team in achieving recruitment targets.\
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with overseas agents and suppliers.\
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities.\
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the company's services.\
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.\
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
