**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to take on new challenges, apply their knowledge and skills, and contribute to the upkeep of our facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of various equipment and systems, including air conditioning, chillers, refrigerators, lighting, electrical systems, sanitary systems, and plumbing. They will also ensure the upkeep of live seafood aquariums and perform other related tasks as required.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Performing routine servicing and testing of air conditioning systems, chillers, refrigerators, and other equipment
  • Ensuring that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with established procedures and regulations
  • Collaborating with other teams and departments to achieve common goals and objectives
