We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Officer, Recovery Collections Analyst in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for using negotiation skills to resolve delinquency, assisting customers with debt solutions, documenting calls, and seeking resolutions using available tools.

Key Responsibilities- Use negotiation skills to resolve delinquency and assist customers with debt solutions.

- Understand processes, procedures, and systems relevant to tasks.
- Handle system issues, participate in UAT, monitor errors, and suggest improvements.
