Job Summary:

  • This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work as a Project Engineer, overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of LSS (Life Safety System) gas detectors in semiconductor facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Execution & Coordination:
    1. Ensure project deliverables meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
    2. Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for project progress and issue resolution.
  2. Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Responsibilities:
    1. Design, install, and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation (E&I) systems related to gas detection.
    2. Ensure correct wiring, grounding, and integration of gas detection sensors, alarms, and control panels.
  3. Troubleshooting & Maintenance Support:
    1. Identify and resolve technical issues in gas detection systems and related instrumentation.
    2. Provide support for maintenance teams to ensure system reliability.
  4. Safety & Risk Management:
    1. Conduct risk assessments and hazard analysis for gas detection installations.
    2. Ensure adherence to EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) standards in all project activities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, or relevant engineering field.
  • Experience in Semicon projects, LSS, or gas detection systems preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of E&I installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
  • Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, and control system integration is a plus.
