Job Title: System Analyst Insurance Expert

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned System Analyst to drive the success of our health-related systems. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders and vendors to deliver end-to-end integration for policy administration systems and digital touch points.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business users to align project objectives with business needs, bridging gaps between technical solutions and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors to solve process-related problems and facilitate workshops on requirement gathering, gap analysis, and test planning.
  • Prepare documentation of processes, workflows, and business requirements.
  • Bridge the gaps between business and IT; articulate clearly the business requirements to technical teams and vice versa.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing, manage functional testing of systems, and support ad-hoc change requests.

Qualifications:

  • General Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in System or Business Analysis in the insurance domain.
  • Strong knowledge of database structures and data mining/mapping, transformation.
  • Proven track record of successful implementation of projects.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Required Skills:

  • Business Analysis Certification/Tester Certification is a plus.
  • LOMA/Diploma in Life Insurance (preferred).
