Aviation Ground Support Equipment Team Manager

A project manager is required for an aviation ground support equipment team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain technical knowledge of products, working closely with the team to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
- Review technical specifications and prepare compliance documentation to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Lead factory acceptance tests at facilities worldwide, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee site installation and commissioning activities, providing expert technical guidance as needed.
- Identify sales opportunities and connect customers with area sales managers.
- Provide remote technical support to customers and distributors, responding promptly to their inquiries.
- Prepare and manage documentation, including safety plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Support research and development initiatives, contributing to new product development.
- Manage customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service delivery.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Installation, or Power Technology.
- Strong understanding of AC/DC power theory, circuits, and components, industrial power control systems, solid-state control and switching devices, AC utility power distribution.
- 2-5 years of experience in installing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial electrical/electronic equipment.
- Proven track record managing large-scale technical projects across multiple geographies and cultures.
- Self-driven individual with strong learning agility, able to work independently or in teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills in fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage professional client interactions.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability in a diverse business environment.
- Knowledge of inverter technology is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel 30-40% annually, including occasional weekends.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
