Job Title: Aviation Ground Support Equipment Project Manager

About the Role
This exciting role offers a challenging opportunity to manage large-scale technical projects across multiple geographies and cultures. As a seasoned professional with experience in installation, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electrical/electronic equipment, you will be responsible for delivering reliable, efficient, and sustainable solutions to major airlines, airports, and service providers worldwide.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of ground support equipment products
- Review technical specifications and prepare compliance documentation
- Lead customer Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) at facilities in Denmark or the USA
- Oversee and support site installation and commissioning activities
- Identify sales opportunities and connect potential customers with the appropriate Area Sales Managers
- Provide responsive remote technical support to customers and distributors
- Prepare and manage documentation: safety plans, risk assessments, method statements, site and technical reports
- Support R&D initiatives related to new product development
- Own, manage, and report customer complaints

Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Installation, or Power Technology
- Strong understanding of AC/DC power theory, circuits, and components, industrial power control systems, solid-state control and switching devices, and AC utility power distribution
- 2-5 years of experience in installation, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electrical/electronic equipment
- Proven track record managing large-scale technical projects across multiple geographies and cultures
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills in fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage professional client interactions
- Cultural awareness and adaptability in a diverse business environment
- Knowledge of inverter technology is an advantage
- Willingness to travel 30-40% annually
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
