  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards in Splunk/ITSI, providing real-time visibility into network performance and facilitating data-driven decision making.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new solutions and optimize existing infrastructure, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.">
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management, upholding industry standards and best practices.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on technical experience in networking, with a strong background in Routing/Switching, Firewalls, Load Balancing, and protocol/trace analysis.">
  • At least 2 years of experience in wireless technologies, including Aruba, Airwave, RF survey tools, ClearPass, and wireless authentication.">
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting (Python) to improve operational workflows, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.">
  • Experience creating operational dashboards in Splunk/ITSI, providing actionable insights and facilitating data-driven decision making.">
  • Industry certifications such as CCIE, cloud, wireless, firewall, and load balancer certifications are highly advantageous.">
