Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical support staff, you will be responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support for customers, troubleshooting and repairing switches, optical modules, and related network equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data center network architectures, including Spine-Leaf, VXLAN, and EVPN, as well as experience with Layer 2/Layer 3 network protocols. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with R&D and testing teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Communications, Network Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in network equipment after-sales/technical support
  • Familiarity with Layer 2/Layer 3 network protocols is an advantage

Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be working closely with customers and internal stakeholders. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential for success in this role.
