Job Title: Resident Technical Officer

The Resident Technical Officer will be responsible for supervising the architectural and finishing works on-site. This includes reviewing and checking all drawings, specifications, and ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with approved plans/drawings. The officer will also highlight discrepancies, provide weekly reports, and attend meetings to address site-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise architectural and finishing works on-site

  • Highlight discrepancies and provide weekly reports
  • Attend meetings to address site-related issues
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of site experience in supervision of various types of developments
  • IES accreditation would be advantageous
  • Site supervision experience in A&A works for institutional buildings, inclusive of demolition and new structures construction
  • Prior experience in precast construction and architectural finishes
