This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Homeroom Teacher for the Bilingual Programme. We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced teacher to lead a class of students in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

About the Role:

We are looking for a teacher who can inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in grades 8-12, developing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective education program.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Teach and mentor students in grades 8-12, including planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and providing feedback.
  2. Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners, including students with special needs.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a comprehensive education program that aligns with school goals and objectives.
  4. Assess and report on student progress, using data to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a bilingual setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with flexibility and resilience.
