Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications, including integration with external systems.
  • Enhance and maintain the Service Catalog and Service Portal modules to ensure a user-friendly interface.
  • Manage update sets to migrate customizations between different ServiceNow environments.
  • Provide troubleshooting and advanced administrative support, including bug fixes and root cause analysis.
  • Document, maintain, and update policies, procedures, and controls for ServiceNow and its Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Generate reports using the ServiceNow reporting engine, including metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow applications development.
  • Hands-on experience with Service Catalog and Service Portal modules.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow APIs, integration technologies, and protocols like SSO, REST, and Web Services.
  • Experience managing update sets and migrating customizations across ServiceNow instances.
  • Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience creating detailed reports, metrics, and SLAs using ServiceNow's reporting tools.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile methodologies is a plus.
