Roles & Responsibilities

As a ServiceNow Core Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of our client’s requirements, leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow to create efficient, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Design and implement solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
  • Ensure the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to custom applications and configurations.
  • Perform system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on custom application development.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and functionalities, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow’s development tools such as Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
