Warehouse Logistics Specialist

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Logistics Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of warehouse activities. This includes receiving, storing, and shipping goods while maintaining accurate records and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in loading and unloading goods to and from trucks and containers efficiently.
  • Load canned/bottled drinks/water dispenser bottles onto trucks/containers as per inventory requirements.
  • Support the checking, picking, wrapping, and packaging of goods accurately and within deadlines.
  • Operate a forklift safely and responsibly to cover various tasks as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily targets.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of warehouse activities.

Requirements:

• Forklift license and prior experience with forklift operation are essential.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work harmoniously with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving abilities to address logistical challenges.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $2700 (depending on experience).

• Flexible working hours: 8am-8pm (Mon-Sat) or 8pm-8am (Sun-Fri).

• Location: JTC Space @ Tuas, an easily accessible industrial area.

Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate should possess excellent stock checking, teamwork, time management, and organizational skills. Additional qualifications such as labels, stock picking, housekeeping, loading/unloading, efficient operations, forklift operation, and channel management will be advantageous.
