Food and Beverage Operations Professional
Acquire a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage management through our structured training program. This role equips trainees for supervisory or managerial positions within the department.
Key Responsibilities:- Daily Operations: Assist with daily operations across various F&B outlets (restaurants, bars, banqueting, room service).
- SERVICE DELIVERY: Ensure smooth service delivery and maintain high guest satisfaction.
- Rotational Training: Participate in rotational training and complete all assigned modules.
- Company Standards: Learn and apply company standards, service procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Guest Interaction: Interact with guests and handle feedback professionally.
- Support Tasks: Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and stock management.
- Reporting: Prepare basic operational and sales reports when required.
- Leadership Support: Support supervisors and managers in daily tasks and leadership responsibilities.
- Innovation: Contribute ideas to improve service and operational efficiency.
- Hospitality Background: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- PASSION FOR F&B: Strong passion for the food and beverage industry and willingness to learn.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team Player: Positive attitude, proactive, and a team player.
