This role requires a professional with a broad skillset spanning procurement to stock delivery. They will have knowledge and experience in liaising with suppliers or vendors on costing, lead time, and logistics.

As a key point of contact internally for sales, technical, and warehouse teams, this role provides support facilitating the sales process at the back-office, ensuring sales and project delivery for local and Asia-Pacific countries (including subsidiaries). They are also the first point of contact externally for all incoming enquiries about products or services through phone, email, or assigned media.

Sales/Service Coordination and Administration

  • Manage day-to-day sales enquiries from customers on products, solutions, and/or services, directing potential customers and/or intermediaries (or Construction Specifiers) to the Sales team/Engineer.
  • Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
  • Work closely with the Purchasing Executive and Warehouse Team in monitoring and tracking shipments, advising Sales and Customers accordingly.
  • Liaise with Customers to coordinate the shipment of goods or products both locally and overseas.
  • Create and send pro-forma invoices for goods ordered by overseas offices or overseas customers.
