Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Operations Manager to join our team at SEATRIUM (SG) PTE. LTD. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating HVAC activities, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in engineering, marine offshore or equivalent industries, with experience in EPC Projects for Oil & Gas, Offshore Renewables & Systems being an added advantage. A strong understanding of drawings and knowledge of procurement processes are also essential requirements for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate HVAC activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QAQC and commissioning teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Evaluate and finalize subcontractors to ensure their suitability for the job.
  • Assign tasks and manage HVAC PMT to ensure efficient project progress.
  • Manage and guide subcontractors for HVAC fabrication/installation and sub-system completion.
  • Coordinate and liaise with other disciplines to expedite system handover and prioritize construction sequence.
  • Address and resolve interface issues with engineering, construction, and vendors.
  • Review and monitor day-to-day work activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Develop quantifiable benchmarks to track project progress and achievement of goals.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in engineering, marine offshore or equivalent industries.
  • Experience in EPC Projects for Oil & Gas, Offshore Renewables & Systems being an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of drawings and knowledge of procurement processes.

Salary Range
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include island-wide transport, comprehensive training programs, and opportunities for career growth and development.
