Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, administering orders and contracts, and coordinating with customers and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to multitask, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will also have the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels across multiple regions.
  • Administer orders and contracts to ensure accurate delivery of goods.
  • Analyse weekly inventory reports and take proactive steps to address short stock or overstock situations.
  • Communicate inventory issues or price change requests to the procurement director.
  • Report any anomalies, such as supplier issues or unexpected stock movement.
