The Role of a Customer Service Executive is to maintain strong relationships with customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries, providing quotations and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring prompt responses to sales-related matters
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Monitor and follow up on sales quotations and orders to ensure timely completion
  • Provide sales support for the fulfillment of customer orders
  • Maintain accurate documentation records and filings
  • Create and update customer records as needed
  • Liaise with forwarders and vendors to coordinate shipments
  • Assist the team with their inquiries
  • Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor as required

Requirements:

  • GCE "N"/"O" Level or Diploma minimum requirement
  • Experience in sales support roles for B2B sales is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to start work immediately is an added advantage
