Construction Cost Controller

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Construction Cost Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project finances, maintaining contractual relationships with clients and consultants, and ensuring the accurate reporting and control of financial positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project finances and monitor budget vs actual costs.
- Maintain contractual relationships with clients, consultants, and authorities.
- Prepare tender and contract documentation.
- Analyze costing and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Handle tender submissions and progress payment certificates.
- Compile full set of measurements for Final Account Submission.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in related fields or construction industry.
- Independent, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Good teamwork, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
