Job Description

This is a challenging role that requires close collaboration with the product delivery committee to support new product rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the product delivery committee to ensure operational needs are incorporated into product design and development.
  • Represent the business in product meetings and partner with the technology team to develop UAT test plans.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for teams on new product features and processes.
  • Monitor post-implementation activities to ensure smooth product rollout and address operational issues effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in a relevant field or related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in product delivery and operations.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice, preferably with minimal ramp-up time.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
