AV Sales Development Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled AV Sales Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our AV solution offerings within the government sector.

About the Role:
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans is essential in expanding AV solution offerings within the government sector. As an AV Sales Development Specialist, you will identify, engage, and build strong relationships with potential and existing government clients. You will drive sales growth by understanding government needs and delivering tailored AV solutions. Your responsibilities include leading client presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations, as well as collaborating closely with internal teams to design and deliver customized AV solutions. Additionally, you will monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses will be prepared for management review.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record in AV sales, preferably with experience in the government sector. Strong knowledge of audio and video technology solutions is also required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong networking skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships are also essential. Willingness to travel as needed is a requirement for this position.
