">We are currently seeking a highly skilled Corporate Secretarial Executive to join our team. This role will involve providing comprehensive corporate secretarial services to our clients, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and regulations.
">About the Role
">The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients, ensuring that all statutory books are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws. This includes handling full spectrum of company secretarial duties, including entity formation, statutory administration, work passes, and other related matters.
">The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editor, are also essential.
">Responsibilities
">The key responsibilities of this role include:
">- Managing a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
- Handling full spectrum of company secretarial duties, including entity formation, statutory administration, work passes, and other related matters
- Liaising with clients and preparing necessary documents on entity formation, entity statutory administration, work passes, and other related matters
- Performing customer due diligence for onboarding and ongoing monitoring
- Liaising and responding to client requests and queries regarding corporate secretarial matters
- Assisting with reminding clients on deadlines for holding Annual General Meetings for their portfolio of clients
- Following up with clients on the return of documents and forms and ensuring submission of statutory forms and documents to the relevant authorities within stipulated deadlines
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in corporate secretarial work
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
What We Offer
">In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of SGD $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
