Lead a pivotal tax strategy in the Asia Pacific market as a Tax Manager, driving corporate tax and transfer pricing excellence across multiple jurisdictions.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee corporate tax planning, reporting, and transfer pricing operations across diverse Asia Pacific markets.
  • Maintain tax compliance and monitor evolving country-specific regulations, particularly around transfer pricing.
  • Develop innovative tax-efficient models and structures, engaging with authorities on incentives and advisory matters.
  • Provide tax insights on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and restructuring activities, including integration and reorganization.
  • Promote optimization initiatives related to market entry, supply chain management, and regulatory changes.
  • Manage regional tax operations, encompassing intercompany transactions, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and business teams on tax strategies and planning initiatives.
  • Contribute to digital transformation by implementing tools for effective tax rate planning and dashboard reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, or Finance; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • At least 8 years' experience in international or regional tax roles, with exposure to Asia Pacific markets.
  • Strong understanding of corporate tax, transfer pricing, cross-border structuring, and tax audits.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and thrive in a matrixed environment.

No travelling required for the next two years.
