Product Engineer

This role is critical to the growth of leading brands in a dynamic marketplace.

The Product Engineer plays a key part in ensuring commercial success for partner products by executing tactics outlined in the brand strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support execution of the brand strategy for assigned brands.
  • Research and communicate supplier product information to internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing materials.
  • Participate in cross-functional product onboarding processes, including technical validation, data curation, and commercial readiness.
  • Maintain strong relationships with supplier marketing teams and channel managers to align goals and performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align brand promotions with commercial and corporate strategies.
  • Stay informed on the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to inform business decisions.
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Physics, Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Experience in an optics, lasers, or physics lab, or in product support of optical, electrical, or laser components.
Key Skills:
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and convert them into compelling product features and benefits.
  • Interest in developing skills in co-branded marketing and third-party brand representation.
  • Strong team spirit and ability to work with multiple departments.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication capabilities.

This role requires a proactive approach to staying up-to-date with industry developments and applying that knowledge to drive business results.
