Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Client Accounts department as an Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of client account information and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


You will coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and complete all necessary paperwork. Additionally, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, provide exceptional customer service, and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.


As a key member of our cross-functional teams, you will collaborate to identify and implement process improvements. To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum degree or relevant qualification, and experience in client account management or client onboarding within the Banking & Financial Services industry is highly advantageous.


The ideal candidate will be comfortable with high volumes of documentation and paperwork, possess demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues, and exhibit good communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree or relevant qualification
  • Client account management or client onboarding role within the Banking & Financial Services industry is an advantage
  • Must be comfortable with high volumes of documentation and paperwork
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
