Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide proactive and reactive customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all customer interactions meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or degree in any field of study.
  • Experience: At least two years of relevant experience working in customer service or a comparable profession in the marine or aviation industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Strong written and oral English communication abilities.
