Job Overview

The Compliance Director will report to the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to governance, business conduct, anti-corruption, and information security.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for governance, business conduct, anti-corruption, and information security.
  • Strengthen the compliance domain as a customer value proposition in the sourcing process.
  • Provide quarterly reports on enterprise risk to group functions on ethics and compliance, anti-corruption, information security, and business partner management.
  • Manage and anchor the business partner risk process for global business partners as part of the procurement process.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of compliance, business partner management, and privacy requirements in the procurement domain.
  • Brief and advise management and key stakeholders on individual vendor compliance risk assessments.
  • Responsible for post-contract compliance management and monitoring of business partners.
  • Support the organization's compliance training programs by developing training materials and conducting training sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of compliance and provide guidance on compliance-related matters.

Requirements

  • Experience with business partner risk assessment and integrity due diligence in a multinational company.
  • Knowledge of compliance and sustainability-related risks of suppliers and third parties.
  • Experience with procurement in a multinational company.
  • Strong ability to communicate and interact effectively across organizational and cultural boundaries.
  • Experienced in team management and good interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a global setup in the fast-paced telecom field.

Education and Experience

  • More than 8-10 years of experience in a relevant procurement, legal, risk, or compliance role.
  • University degree in Law, Business, Management, or technology or sourcing/logistics-related subjects.
