Professional Course Administrator

Job Description:
The primary objective of this role is to ensure the efficient administration of front-end technical training courses. This involves managing technical inquiries, online registration gateways, and ad-hoc training requests.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to technical training inquiries;
- Effectively manage course administration functions in a timely manner;
- Manage online registration gateways;
- Monitor and address urgent training requests;
- Generate reports on regular basis to support training performance management;
- Update marketing materials periodically;
- Support course delivery matters with the Technical Support Training Unit.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Applicants should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma preferably in Training and Adult Education sector;
- No prior experience required, as on-the-job training will be provided;
- Ability to manage time effectively under pressure;
- Strong adaptability skill, able to work independently and in a team;
- Excellent communication skills with good customer service aptitude;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT applications;
- Flexibility to work a rotational schedule.
