Data Center Technical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled System Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services for our Data Center, operating on a 24/7 basis.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide comprehensive support for the Data Center, ensuring seamless operation and minimizing downtime.
- Assist customers in verifying, isolating, and provisioning temporary workarounds for logged incidents or problems.
- Resolve incidents and problems onsite, leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
- Elevate unsolvable issues and service requests to senior engineers and project managers, maintaining open communication throughout the process.
- Generate accurate administrative records and reports, reflecting the work completed and lessons learned.
- Promote and integrate new technologies into existing environments, enhancing overall system performance and efficiency.
- Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes to maintain optimal system health.
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not required.
