Lead Data Center Engineer PositionWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Lead Data Center Engineer to take a leadership role in our data center operations.This is an opportunity to step into a senior engineering role where you will influence both technical excellence and team growth.Key Responsibilities:
  • Process & Quality Leadership: Develop process improvements from standardization to specialization; contribute insights to process design and quality control.
  • Server Maintenance: Independently complete complex fault diagnosis, analysis, and all server component replacements, including advanced firmware and configuration tasks.
  • Network Operations: Lead troubleshooting with systematic thinking, proactively identify risks, and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.
  • Mentorship & Coaching: Provide strong mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, accelerating their growth in technical and process skills.
  • Team Management & Coordination: Assist supervisors and senior leadership in project execution, manage coordination across teams, and take ownership of complex assignments.
  • Continuous Growth: Demonstrate strong learning ability and potential for further development in professional or management fields.
  • Professional Standards: Apply relevant education, certifications, and hands-on experience to uphold best practices in data center operations.
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in server and network operations.
  • Deep expertise in server hardware (diagnostics, complex component replacement, firmware management).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in network maintenance with a systematic approach.
  • Proven ability to mentor and guide junior/mid-level engineers.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
