Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial targets, sales revenue, and profitability for each store.
  • Analyse sales data to identify top-performing products and underperforming ones. Utilise insights from data to optimise product mix and pricing strategies to maximise revenue.
  • Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to meet targets, adjusting the product mix or promotional activities based on customer demand and seasonal trends.
  • Closely collaborate with the production team to ensure that production volumes align with sales forecasts and financial targets.
  • Maintain a positive customer experience by actively monitoring and responding to customer feedback.
  • Enhance sales prospects by using customer feedback to improve product offerings or service quality.
  • Lead training of front-of-house staff, including service standards, company policies, display, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to improve staff performance.
  • Fairly address disciplinary issues.
  • Create a work environment that fosters teamwork and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in multi-store bakery chain as Business Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role.
  • Experience working closely with production teams to align production with sales forecasts and financial goals.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to analyse product mix, sales performance, and cost structures using data.
  • Display commercial acumen to identify opportunities and build reliable models for business growth.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales and growth targets.
