Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our financial plans, as well as providing strategic guidance on financial management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage annual budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Prepare forecasts and financial projections to inform strategic decision-making
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource allocation
Reporting
  • Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Cash Flow & Compliance
  • Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital to maintain liquidity
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with auditors
  • Assess and mitigate financial risks to minimize impact on the business
Financial Control & Strategy
  • Implement robust internal controls to prevent financial mismanagement
  • Oversee capital expenditures and investment evaluations to optimize returns
  • Align financial strategy with business growth plans to drive success
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve shared goals
  • Collaborate across departments to support operational objectives
Stakeholder Engagement & Systems
  • Communicate financial insights to senior management and stakeholders
  • Manage financial systems and leverage data analytics for informed decision-making
Requirements
  • Min. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration/ CPA certification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of financial management experience
