We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Strategist to oversee the full spectrum of financial functions, ensuring compliance, optimizing financial performance, and providing strategic insights to support business growth.

This role requires strong leadership, financial expertise, and a business partnership mindset to support the organization's continued growth and success.

Manage the end-to-end accounting and finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Analyse financial data and provide strategic insights to the executive leadership team to support key business decisions. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards. Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations. Partner with cross-functional departments to provide financial guidance and support. Prepare and present financial reports to internal and external stakeholders. Key Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (CPA, CA or equivalent) with 8+ years' post-qualification experience
  • Key ERP user with deep understanding of reporting systems and software
  • Extensive experience in a senior financial management role, preferably within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organisation
  • Proven track record of driving strategic financial initiatives and delivering tangible business impact
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team
  • Proficient in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting using advanced Excel and other financial software
  • Thorough understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices
