We are seeking an efficient and organized individual to fill the role of School Support Specialist.
- This position requires providing comprehensive support to the school's general office, ensuring seamless operation of daily tasks.
- The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- General Duties:
- Handle mail, calls, faxing, receipt of goods, and perform routine clerical tasks.
- Document Handling:
- Collect, distribute, and dispatch mail, circulars, letters, and documents within the school.
- Logistical Support:
- Deliver teaching materials, forms, or items to staffrooms, classrooms, or other departments.
- Office Maintenance & Upkeep:
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the general office and common areas.
- Errands and Supplies:
- Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries or stock items.
- Visitor and Student Support:
- Assist in guiding students, visitors, and contractors around the school premises.
Requirements:
- At least GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualifications.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar environment.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Proficient with IT Skills (e.g., Microsoft Word).
