Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled and efficient School Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for managing front desk duties with a customer service mindset.
  • You will handle phone calls, attend to walk-in visitors, take messages, respond to enquiries, and provide general information in a dynamic environment where calls are volumous.
  • Maintain customer-related information when required, such as phone logs.
  • Communicate with teachers regarding parents' feedback/messages from phone calls or walk-in parents.
  • Handle daily varied demands and queries from parents/students/vendors/ staff etc.
  • Render first-level assistance to walk-in students' needs including sick and injured students. Escalate cases to other colleagues in the office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases.
  • Handle/support situations when students vomit or soiled their clothes.
  • Assist students in times of need, eg lost & found.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Patient and empathetic towards students and parents.
  • Organized and able to multitask.
