This is a Senior Associate/Associate role within the Business Management Support Specialist team, focused on Global Financial Markets Operations.

The team drives and manages key focus areas including People Agenda, Strategic Planning and Management Support, Operations Productivity, Financials and Budget Management, Workplace experiences and occupancy, and providing support as Business Continuity Plan Coordinator.

As part of GFMO's COO Office, this role will partner with DBS Global Financial Markets to enable DBS to be a leader in the Financial Markets business.

We operate on a Hub and Spoke Operating Model, centralised in Singapore, excluding Indonesia and India, providing post-trade processing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and execute Learning & Development agenda, planning designing and implementing programs/initiatives such as Masterclass, Knowledge Exchange, Spoke Hub Exchange, Mentorship, Future Ready Workforce Program, etc. to achieve Employee Outcomes in annual Scorecard priorities
  • Monitor the outcome and effectiveness of the programs/initiatives
  • Engage/liaise with various stakeholders, including HR Learning & Development, Line Managers, Department Heads, Location GFMO Heads
  • Drive and execute People Engagement agenda, planning and organizing events/activities such as social engagement events/initiatives (e.g. Year-End Party, GFMO People of Purpose initiatives), staff appreciation activities, staff well-being initiatives, employee onboarding program, business communications (Townhall, engagement platforms), My Voice Champion, Workplace experiences, etc. to achieve Employee Outcomes in annual Scorecard priorities
  • Lead selected working groups or squads (from cross-functional teams in the department) in charge of organizing the events/activities
  • Source for or generate ideas/proposals for engagement activities/events to suit the agenda/priorities of the department
