We are seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our dynamic Client Services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to our clients globally, working closely with portfolio managers, traders, and operations staff at hedge funds.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial markets, and the ability to learn on the job. You will work directly with domain specialists on the Client Services team to resolve issues and explain our software capabilities.

  • Provide phone and email support to clients on all features and capabilities of our software
  • Collaborate with clients on workflow solutions to streamline their trading and operations
  • Develop expertise on financial markets to explain functions of our software
  • Deploy software and resolve technical issues
  • Support electronic trading workflows, including FIX message problem solving
  • Work with development to highlight bugs and product improvements

To succeed in this role, you will need an undergraduate degree, preferably in science, business, or information technology, or equivalent experience. You should also have 0-3 years of experience in customer service, technology, or financial markets.

Requirements:
