About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer support representative to join our team. As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source rates with airlines & overseas agents and local handling charges.
  • C coordinate daily shipping of AIR/SEA/road freight trucking/3rd party shipment.
  • Liaise with various parties when handling shipment (e.g. export/import dept. overseas agents).
  • Handle daily billing advise, recoveries, and circulation of forms etc.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Prepare reports, filing, circulation, letter of appointment, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance) to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Advise billing instructions for shipment.
  • Deliver professional sales services to customers with objectives of delighting the customer.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain contact with airlines, trade, industry, and government bodies to stay informed.
  • Undertake new projects/assignments given.
  • Represent the Sales department in taskforces/committees (e.g. Newsletter, Work Improvement).
  • Generate monthly summary reports for customers.

Requirements:

  • Team player and independent.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excel skills advantageous.
  • At least 1 year experience in Logistics.
