Product Growth Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Growth Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have the ability to develop and implement product management activities, including market analysis, product development, advertising, and promotion.
- The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or Marketing and at least 1 year of experience in the FMCG environment.
- They should possess excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong team player with good interpersonal skills is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product/brand management activities, including market analysis, product developments, advertising, and promotion activities.
- Plan and execute above-the-line campaigns with advertising, media, and creative agencies.
- Collaborate with sales teams for below-the-line planning and execution.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business or Marketing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG environment preferred. Fresh Graduates may apply.
- Well-organized, meticulous, good time management skills.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, proactive, and independent team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
