**Position Overview**:We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Product & Growth Manager to play a pivotal role in creating a robust single shop model, standardizing shop opening and operation procedures, facilitating franchise launches, and driving growth through strategic social media and search engine initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Single Shop Model Creation**:Develop and refine the single shop model, ensuring it aligns with the brand's vision and values.
Conduct market research to identify key trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with culinary and operational teams to design an exceptional menu and streamline operations for maximum efficiency.
- **Standardization of Procedures**:Establish standardized procedures for shop opening, daily operations, and closing routines.
Implement quality control measures to ensure consistency in service, product quality, and customer experience across all locations.
- **Franchise Launch Support**:Work closely with the franchising team to develop a comprehensive franchise package.
Provide support and guidance to franchisees during the launch phase, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to brand standards.
Develop training programs for franchisees and their staff to maintain consistency and quality.
- **Social Media and Search Engine Leveraging**:Devise and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance the brand's online presence.
Utilize social media platforms to engage with customers, build brand awareness, and drive traffic to the F&B chain.
Optimize search engine performance through effective SEO strategies and paid advertising campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager and/or Growth Manager in the Tech industry.
- Previous experience of scaling a product with the leverage of online growth
- Strong understanding of F&B operations, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing standardized procedures.
- Experience in launching and supporting franchise operations.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management and search engine optimization.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Strong Chinese communication skills
