We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to support the management of our clients listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential advice to directors and management on continuing listing obligations and corporate governance matters.

In this role, you will maintain an excellent relationship with regulators through regular dialogues, driving resolution of issues in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include conducting compliance reviews of corporate actions, such as shareholder circulars, public announcements, and press releases, and preparing documentation for internal committee approvals.

You will also be responsible for providing training on relevant listing rules and regulatory matters to stakeholders, as well as monitoring daily share price and media reports of our clients.

To be successful in this position, you must possess a degree or diploma in Accountancy, Business, or Finance, and up to four years of relevant working experience. You should be able to understand and analyze financial statements, and demonstrate strong analytical ability, project management skills, and a self-motivated approach.
