Job Summary

The Medical Operations Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting the Medical Services team with various administrative and operational tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, organizing work schedules, coordinating meetings, and conducting site visits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer administrative support to the Medical Services team, including report preparation and communication with stakeholders.
  • Organize work schedules and ensure efficient resource allocation at medical centers.
  • Coordinate and attend regular meetings, distribute agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
  • Conduct routine site visits for audits and briefing sessions.
  • Monitor BCLS and AED certification status for all medical staff.
  • Perform other related responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, or a relevant field of study.
  • Working experience in healthcare settings in an operations role.
