Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth in the commercial washroom hygiene industry.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Singapore team and supporting regional expansion initiatives. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities across various sectors, and ensuring proposals are competitive and aligned with client requirements.

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy and program to drive revenue growth

  • Identify and target new business opportunities across sectors such as retail, corporate, government, healthcare, and education

  • Lead bid and tender processes, ensuring proposals are competitive and aligned with client requirements

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry partners

  • Ensure profitability by negotiating contracts, pricing models, and service agreements

  • Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

  • Support overseas expansion

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Have a good knowledge of the commercial washroom hygiene industry

  • Strong network and industry connections within the Facility Management, real estate, property management, and corporate sectors

  • Proven track record of at least 8 years in sales leadership within the Facilities Management/washroom hygiene industry

  • Expertise in B2B sales, contract negotiations, and key account management
