Spearhead the operationalization of our Institute's executive education offerings, ensuring seamless delivery and maximum impact.
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to advance the institution's mission, focusing on sustainable growth and improvement.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Oversee the full operational cycle, from planning to execution, and post-event evaluation.
- Manage funding processes and grants, adhering to regulatory requirements and audit standards.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), streamline workflows, and adopt best practices for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and exceptional learner satisfaction.
- Qualifications:
- Degree holder with 15+ years of experience in programme operations, training management, or large-scale event/logistics, preferably in executive or professional education.
- Proven ability to manage both open-enrolment and customised corporate programmes; familiarity with relevant funding and audit processes.
