Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced researcher to spearhead innovative care approaches in a virtual environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and leading research projects from concept to deployment, creating study protocols and methodologies, analyzing data using statistical methods and tools, ensuring compliance with ethics requirements and local regulations, mentoring junior staff and team members, publishing scientific papers on study findings, preparing proposals for new grants and funding opportunities, conducting literature reviews, including systematic reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Ph.D. in Public Health or Health Services Research;
  • Proven track record in clinical/public health/health services research with outstanding management abilities and leadership skills;
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience;
  • Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies;
  • Proficient in standard statistical software;
  • Excellent scientific writing skills and publication record;
  • Ability to drive research projects from design to deployment;
  • Project management capabilities and experience leading a cohesive research team;
  • Confidence in collaborating with clinician investigators and research collaborators;
  • Good analytical and organisational skills;
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
