Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager, Leisure Travel to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years working experience in the travel industry in Singapore.

The role involves managing travel logistics and working with a global clientele. We take pride in our global presence and deep-rooted experience in the travel industry.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for making reservations for all hotels, tours and transfers in a timely and accurate manner. You must also have previous experience handling travel itineraries, vouchers, tickets.

Additionally, you will be responsible for arranging tour programs and producing sales quotations. Experience in preparing sales invoices & payment follow-ups with clients is also essential.

Our ideal candidate has strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently and as part of our travel team.
